She sat there in her bed room, in the middle of the floor. The hand mark across her face seemed to glow and be visible through the darkness.
her body ached, but not as much as her heart did. Why did they hurt her like this? Why did they attack her both physically, and mentally. This was not the
first time she had thought about this, but she was going to make sure it was the last. she locked her door, then walked over to the small handing mirror
in her room "Do it..." A voice whispered "No one will miss you..." the girl closed her eyes as a few tears rolled down her face. She grabbed the mirror and
threw it onto the floor shattering it into pieces. the sound of the braking glass caused alert to the ones in the living room. They all rushed to her door "Are
you okay? are you okay?" they asked over and over again as they tried to open the door. She didn't hear "are you okay" She heard "what the fuck did you
do now?" she bent over and picked up a large pice of the glass. She took in a deep breath and let it out again. her hands were shaky as she stood there
making the decision. Then they started yelling "Open the fucking door!" She didn't have much time, and she was not going to be the one who caught their
anger this time. The glass pierced her skin. She sat against the wall among the broken pieces of glass. the banging on the door got louder and louder, as
well as the screaming. She laid there listening to them, remembering, and crying as her life slowly faded. She had been sitting there a good five minuets
before the man broke down the door. The woman stood there horrified at what she saw. "My baby..." She knelt down beside her ignoring the glass that
was going into her knees. The girl was dead. So lost in the pain her family caused her every day, lost in all the self hate they made her feel, she could not
take another moment of the torture. On the bed next to her favorite stuffed animal there was a note. It read: "Dear mommy, I know I didn't not make you
proud, in fact Im sure you were disappointed in me... But now.. I wont be a burden, I wont mess up.. I wont bring you down." Theses words broke the
mothers heart "And.. for my step dad... you were always a father figure for me.. even if you were harsh.. some times a bit cold.. you were all I had.. thank
you.. for being there for me..." This brought the man to his knees "For my sister... I've always loved you... in fact... i've always been jealous... Your beautiful,
talented, all around a good person. I understand... you don't want some one like me around your friends, im an embracement.. but none of you will have
to worry about that now..
I hope you all can forgive me
Miki"
